The primary purpose of SIPMA is to provide Human Resource Professionals with a forum for continuing education, skills development, and networking.
With this goal in mind, the group meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month, with the exception of December, July and August, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., at restaurants throughout Southern Illinois. The meetings include presentations by interesting, dynamic, and well-informed speakers. In addition to guest speakers, SIPMA also tours various facilities and manufacturing plants in the area.
