The Southern Illinois Personnel Management Association (SIPMA) is an organization composed of human resource managers, administrators, educators, placement specialists and other professionals related to the field of human resources.

SIPMA’s purpose is to provide a forum for continuing education, an exchange of ideas and a networking opportunity for members.

SIPMA membership is as diverse as the socioeconomic environment of Southern Illinois. The only qualification for membership is to have a work-related interest in the field of Personnel Management.
